The Agency Support Representative provides technical, logistic and administrative support to Agency Sales Representative and Agency Services Managers (ASM) in the servicing and supporting of independent agencies. Perform Agency related support services within the Agency Division. Coordinate with and assist the (ASM) and Agency Sales Representatives with sales and marketing efforts and agency maintenance and support activities. The Agency Support Representative has direct contact with Agency customers where needed and authorized by the ASM.

- Provide office based support to ASM and Agency Sales Reps in their sales and marketing efforts regarding new agency prospects and existing agencies.

- Assist agencies with questions on Company policy, rates, state and federal laws and regulations, and where to obtain needed support in the Company.

- Assist with due diligence and investigation efforts needed to identify qualified new agency candidates.

- Assist with documentation required to complete the agency approval process.

- Assist with submittal of approved agency application documentation into SureClose system.

- Assist with completion of the set-up process for new agencies including creating agency logins and related instructions for Stewart's agent related websites.

- Provide office based support to agents regarding maintenance and updating of agency logins for Stewart's agent related websites and help coordinate servicing of other agency related technology issues.

- Provide all other office based support to agents as authorized by the ASM.

- Assist ASM and Agency Sales Reps with managing information obtained during agency visitations and required to complete Agency Visitation Checklists.

- Assist ASM and Agency Sales Reps with running reports and tracking agents' monthly remittances of premium and policies.

- Assist ASM and Agency Sales Reps with maintaining and updating general agency data base.

- Preparation of underwriting agreements and amendments as requested and authorized by the ASM.

- Assist ASM and Agency Sales Reps with maintaining and tracking audit related information as well as information related to Policy Inventory Reconciliations.

- Knowledge of the Division's applicable rates and forms and ability to answer customers' questions regarding this.

- Assist ASM and Agency Sales Reps with agency related reporting requirements and preparation of spreadsheets.

- Assist in the planning and execution of customer events, training and seminars.

- Coordinate agency related announcements and local bulletins distributed via ExactTarget, mailings or other methods approved by the ASM.

- Provide any marketing materials to agents and assist them with Stewart Marketing, if needed.

- Works to improve the quality and profitability of the agency network in their territory.
Other related duties as Stewart management may require.
